2023-2024 Lottery Process for Enrollment
Challenger School of Sports and Fitness
Thank you for your interest in enrolling at Challenger School for the 2023-2024 school year. Our school is now accepting lottery applications from April 10, 2023 through May 26, 2023 (link below) to take part in our lottery on May 31, 2023. Please make sure to fill out the form by clicking on the link below for any students not currently enrolled at Challenger. When you click on the Submit button you will get an email with your lottery number (save this number for your reference). If you do not get an email you can call the office to get your number. We will post the results on our website by June 13, 2023. If you have any questions or you need to update any of the information on this application please do not hesitate to call our office at 760-843-6866.
Please keep in mind of the following:

No inter-district transfers will be accepted at this time for non-siblings.

Children turning 5 years old between September 2, 2023 and April 2, 2024 qualify for Transitional Kindergarten.

Gracias por su interés en inscribirse en nuestra escuela para el año escolar 2023-2024. Estamos aceptando solicitudes de lotería del 10 de abril 2023 hasta el 26 de mayo 2023 (enlace a debajo) para participar en nuestra lotería el 31 de mayo 2023. Asegúrese de completar una solicitud de lotería para cada uno de sus estudiantes que no están registrados en Challenger. Cuando presione el botón Enviar, recibirá un correo electrónico con su número de lotería (guarde este número para su referencia). Si no recibe un correo electrónico, puede llamar a la oficina para obtener su número. Publicaremos los resultados en nuestro sitio web a lo más tardar el 13 de junio 2023. En este momento no se acceptan estudiantes que viven fuera del distrito VESD, al menos que tengan hermanos atendiendo nuestra escuela este ano.

Los estudiantes que cumpliran 5 años entre 9/2/23 y 4/2/24, califican para Kinder Transicional.

The following documents are requirements for school entry, grades TK-6, and must be provided along with the completed registration form in order to complete the enrollment process.
1. Parent/Guardian Photo ID
2. Proof of Residence (Utility Bill)
3. Copy of IEP/504 (if applicable)
4. Birth Date Verification via one of the following methods (per Ed Code 48002):
-Birth Certificate
-Statement by Local Registrar / County Recorder
-Baptism Certificate
-Passport
-Affidavit
5. The following Immunizations are required for in-seat school entry:
-5 Doses DPT/DtaP/DT/Td
-4 Doses Polio
-3 Doses Hepatitis B
-2 Doses MMR
-2 Doses Varicella
NOTE: Special Education documents should be submitted to the school in person.
